An impressive increase of property sales in April 2024 according to the Land Registry office.
The increase for the whole of Cyprus for April 2024 compared to April 2023 was 15%.
Larnaca had a 44% increase, Nicosia saw a 43% in sales, free Famagusta area 24% increase, Limassol had a 3% increase, whereas Paphos had 13% decrease in sales.
For the first four months of 2024 compared to the first four months of 2023 the Land Registry office published the following:
Increase of sales for the whole of Cyprus 4%
Limassol saw a decrease of sales by 7%
Larnaca had an increase of sales by 15%
Nicosia had an increase of sales by 42%
Paphos saw a decrease of sales by 11%
Free Famagusta area had a decrease of sales by 9%
